Adrenal haemorrhage is a serious condition that can result in adrenal insufficiency, shock, acute adrenal crisis, and mortality if not managed with adequate treatment. Case history: A 32 year old female was admitted for an elective gynaecological procedure LLETZ (large loop excision of the transformation zone) under general anaesthesia as per patient”s request.
